Really? You mean you don't know how to make them? It's pretty easy. You just have to write, in colons ( : ), the name of the plz (usually consisting of a short word or phrase and then 'plz,' but the 'plz' is *sometimes* ommitted), preceded by the word 'icon.' So, the one I just did for example, if you click on it, it takes you to the "gwahplz" DA page, meaning that the name of it is "gwahplz." So you precede that with the word 'icon' and put it in colons, and you get this (without spaces of course):
